What do I need to bring when I collect the van?
Bring your valid driving licence, the payment card used for the booking, and the booking confirmation. Additional drivers need their licences too.
Can I add another driver?
Yes. Add drivers before collection or ask the depot team at pickup. Each driver must meet the licence and age requirements in the rental terms.
Is there a mileage limit?
The mileage allowance is shown with your quote before checkout. Ask us about higher-mileage options if you are planning a longer route.
Can I change my pickup or return time?
Contact us as early as possible. Changes depend on vehicle availability and may affect the rental price.
What happens if my plans change?
You can request a change or cancellation. Any applicable charge is explained before the change is confirmed; see our cancellation policy for details.
Are pets allowed?
Pets can travel in selected vans when agreed in advance. The van must be returned clean and additional cleaning charges may apply.
