How cancellations, changes, refunds, and no-shows are handled.

Changing a booking

We will explain any price or availability change before confirming an amendment. A requested change is not complete until we confirm it.

Cancelling a booking

Cancellation charges depend on how much notice is given and are displayed with the booking terms before payment. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Late collection and no-shows

Contact us if you will be late. Without notice, we may release the van after the collection window stated in your confirmation.
