Driver eligibility
Every driver must present a valid licence, satisfy the age and experience rules shown during booking, and be named on the rental agreement before driving.
Using the van
Use the van lawfully and with reasonable care. The agreement records approved drivers, travel area, mileage allowance, fuel policy, and prohibited uses.
Pickup and return
Inspect the van at pickup and return it to the agreed location and time. Tell us promptly about delays, damage, breakdowns, or warning lights.
